Fill The Room collects the information needed to match clients with artists, manage bookings, process payments and keep the marketplace safe. Guest contact details are not revealed to artists until an artist accepts the enquiry.

What we keep

We keep account details, event briefs, messages, contracts, payment references, verification records and an audit trail of important marketplace actions. Card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by Fill The Room.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy, correction or deletion of eligible personal data by emailing privacy@filltheroom.co.uk. Contract, payment, fraud-prevention and legal records may need to be retained for a defined period.
